Barossa Fresh Foodland is one of the leading independent supermarkets in South Australia, with a wide range of fresh and wholesome foods. Providing a six-star experience, Barossa Fresh Foodland is the Barossa’s local, independently owned supermarket. The team are passionate about providing great food and an extensive variety of products.
Barossa Fresh Foodland is committed to supporting the community by promoting and selling locally made products. They pride themselves on the kind of service that has been part of their long and successful history – friendly, knowledgeable and never too busy to help.
Claire has led the marketing team to evolve the branding from the previous ‘Co-op Fresh Foodland’ logo to ‘Barossa Fresh Foodland’. This process was an evolution not a revolution, and the changes made were strategic and subtle to emphasise ‘Barossa’ and ‘Fresh’.
While there are three other Foodlands in Barossa – Kapunda, Angaston and Tanunda – the goal for this project was to build a brand identity that is distinctive and shows the strength of the cooperative.
This project was rolled this out mid-last year and continues to evolve. To date, this project has included a change in name, new brand identity, updated signage, email signatures, business cards, name tags, in-store ticketing, advertising templates, social media accounts, email marketing and ongoing traditional and digital advertisement.
