Izway Wines is a small batch winery, focused on respectfully crafting the greatest wine that can be made from small parcels of fruit sourced from the North Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley.
Starting with just one barrique of Ebenezer Shiraz in 2003, Izway wines has evolved slowly and organically from there.
A partnership between Izway Wines and Brand Warrior Communications formed in late July 2018, to take on the project of creating a digital marketing and sales plan, as well as recommend on customer relationship management best practice and tools.
While business growth had been positive to this point, Izway, with our guidance, identified the need to improve their digital communications to ensure future growth. Brand Warrior started with a comprehensive website review, evaluated competitors, and reviewed activity across all digital channels. Following this review, we formed a list of key recommendations, and then worked closely with Jen Turner to re-map the website, refine the copy, and update brand imagery to effectively convey the Izway Wines story. SEO, storytelling, sales, and brand presentation were all considerations in these recommendations and updates.
Following the website optimisation, we made recommendations on CRM management tools and created a content plan for social media and marketing, providing guidelines for best practice digital communications moving forward.
